Haw flakes on espresso, tart cherry and pear in a pour over, jasmine the whole way through. This is the one you reach for at 2pm when you need a reset. Bright, tart, floral, and wakes your palate right up.
Raro Boda station sits on the eastern edge of Uraga, Guji, sourcing from roughly 700 smallholder farmers averaging less than a hectare each. Established in 2018, the station has continuously reinvested in wet processing infrastructure, most recently replacing cement fermentation tanks with ceramic, which holds cleaner temperatures and is significantly easier to sanitize between lots.
