we roast in oakland and berkeley, ca and have been since 2023. we ship nationwide.

how long does shipping take?

we roast to order and ship within 24 hours of roasting. most orders arrive within 3–5 business days depending on your location.

do you offer free shipping?

yes — free shipping on all orders $70 and over.

can i pause or cancel my subscription?

yes — no contracts, no fees. manage everything from your account.

do you offer wholesale for cafes?

yes. we supply specialty-grade, single-origin coffee to cafes in the bay area and beyond. visit our coffee supply page to inquire.

when should i brew after it arrives?

wait at least 4 days after the roast date for best flavor. the roast date is printed on every bag.

can i buy coffee as a gift?

yes — any order can be shipped to a different address. just enter the recipient's address at checkout.

what is your return policy?

all coffee sales are final — no returns or exchanges. if there's an issue with your order, please reach out and we'll make it right.
