Each shipment is the roaster's pick from current single-origin, specialty-grade lots chosen specifically for clean, expressive filter brewing. Every bag is roasted to order in Oakland, CA the week it ships. No warehousing, no pre-roasted stock. Your coffee ships within 24 hours of roasting, printed with its roast date so you know exactly how fresh it is. We recommend waiting 4 days after the roast date before brewing.
