Each shipment is the roaster's pick from current single-origin, specialty-grade lots chosen specifically for clean, expressive filter brewing. Our subscribers brew these on everything from a Hario V60 and AeroPress to drip machines like the Fellow Aiden and Breville Precision Brewer.

Every bag is roasted to order in Berkeley, CA the week it ships. No warehousing, no pre-roasted stock. Your coffee ships within 24 hours of roasting, printed with its roast date so you know exactly how fresh it is. We recommend waiting 4 days after the roast date before brewing.
