The latte subscription is curated specifically for espresso and milk-based drinks — lattes, cappuccinos, cortados. Each shipment is the roaster's pick from current single-origin, specialty-grade lots that pull well as espresso and hold up beautifully through milk. Fruity, floral, and sweet profiles that shine in a latte rather than getting lost in it. These are coffees our subscribers dial in at home on everything from a Breville Barista Express or Barista Pro to a La Marzocco Linea Mini or Decent espresso machine.

Every bag is roasted to order in Berkeley, CA the week it ships. You're not getting coffee that's been sitting in a warehouse — you're getting it within 24 hours of leaving the roaster, at peak flavor. The roast date is printed on every bag. We recommend waiting 4 days after roast before brewing for best results.
