These beans are from the Western Guji region of Ethiopia. The Guji Zone is known for producing coffee with a unique mix of spice, bright citrus, and floral notes. This particular wet mill only produces dry processed coffee using beans from small farmers in the area. The farmers that deliver their coffee to this wet mill grow their coffee at about 2000m above sea level.
