These beans are from the Hambela Wamena, Guji region of Ethiopia- just Southwest of the famed Yirga Chefe region. The Guji Zone is known for producing beans with a unique mix of spice, bright citrus, and floral notes. This particular lot was processed from a family-run wet mill that processes small coffee lots from many local farmers.
We've sold beans from Hambela Wamena woreda before, and it was full-bodied- packed with fruity and floral notes. This variety is no different!
