GORO BEDESSA, GUJI ZONE - WET PROCESS (WASHED)

Jasmine, Meyer Lemon, and Plum- these beans truly embody the spirit of the region they were derived from.

These beans are from the Western Guji region of Ethiopia. The Guji Zone is known for producing beans with a unique mix of spice, bright citrus, and floral notes. This particular lot was processed from a family-run wet mill that processes small coffee lots from many local farmers.

For pour overs, we recommend using water that's below boiling temp (~89C/192F).

For an espresso double shot, we recommend 17.2g in / 34g out in 30 seconds for light to medium roasts. For darker roasts, 17.2g in / 34g out in 26 seconds.
