Lychee and meyer lemon, jasmine underneath, a soft honey finish. The cup you reach for when you need the day to just pause for a minute.
Grown at 2,200–2,350 meters in the Oda Muda Kebele and processed at a family-run mill outside Gerba town, Hechere is a textbook example of what makes Guji washed coffees so compelling — floral, sweet, and impossibly clean.
The coffee cherry is pulped by disc machine, then fermented overnight in cement tanks to shed the remaining mucilage from the seed. The parchment dries on raised beds in full sun for about 1 week.
